How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We process most orders within 24 hours. Domestic shipping typically takes 2-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.

What is your return policy for bike components?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that installed or used components cannot be returned for a refund unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Do your brake pads come with a warranty?

Yes, all Uberbike components are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, or damage from crashes.

Can I track my shipment once it has been dispatched?

Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as digital payment options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure checkout experience.
